Home quarantine for fully vaccinated persons. People are seeing no benefit in vaccination and the programme is failing dismally.

It is more risky when people gather together for testing and traveling to quarantine centre. We were in the bus for solid 2-3 hours until we got our room. It is better to keep people from these buildings at home. Especially with babies it is extremely difficult to manage in that tiny room.

I am concerned about the lack of definition of a. close contact which every other country has... I think 21 days in quarantine is very hard mentally and financially for a lot of people. Given the pick up rate for contacts wearing masks and often nowhere near the positive case it is obviously not high risk in these situations. Home quarantine would be completely acceptable and given these are whole buildings easy to police. I am also concerned about the lack of compensation for workers put in quarantine. The fear of quarantine is exacerbated by the financial implications for many- perhaps the money spent on quarantine facilities would be better spent supporting these people at home whilst they cannot work!

If the household has been fully vaccinated they shouldn’t need to do Govt quarantine

HOME QUARANTINE! QC is a waste of resources, inhuman and unnecessary if you can just lock down an entire building. In fact there is even more transmission risk during the process of moving all these people on a cramped bus. How can you be certain the pipes at penny’s bay won’t transmit the virus?

Double vaccinated citizens supporting the governors programme for eradicate Covid 19 in HK, need to feel validated for their actions and support on fighting the virus. To put vaccinated people in quarantine for 21 days based on the low percentage of mutant virus findings is off balance , in humane and outright wrong. Work on getting herd immunity

Fully Vaccinated, Tested Negative twice, no direct contact with the patient. 21 Days quarantine is unnecessary as its not based on Risk based approach.
