My child is 27 days old and has not and cannot meet her father as we don’t have the means for him to travel here and back and take that much time from work, I wish to return but we cannot afford HK’s requirements either, home quarantine would mean that my baby and I could come home to her father.

It is more efficient to quarantine the whole building onsite rather than government camp.

Innocent lives are being affected unnecessarily by this and numerous other needless measures. We can take care of our own health and don’t need the government to treat us like a disease.

This current procedure is outrageous. The system must change immediately.

I support the arguments that the government needs to be logical and save resources.

This is awful, hope to show discretion in certain situations

Logical proposal. The government can send personnel to secure the perimeters downstairs or even on every floor if they wanted. It will still be more practical and economical versus shifting the entire building out.

I think that home quarantine is more effective

This does make a lot of sense. Please start making sense, HK.

Please rethink this draconian and insane policy. The mental and physical effects of prolonged enforced quarantine are just as bad as a mild dose of covid and there is no scientific basis for the current approach to contacts within residential buildings. It’s time to incentivise vaccination and get things moving again

Govt. Should be conserving resources wherever it can, allowing funds for real need. Home quarantine must be allowable in many situations where residential blocks can be sealed and monitored, just like Penny’s Bay

Hysterical over reaction. Cruel and clumsy, implemented with more failings and double standards that it would make you laugh if you weren’t crying

Bring out the bracelets you have to wear and do home quarantine. If you are fully vaccinated you shouldn’t even need to quarantine. This will also be an incentive for more people to get vaccinated
