Home quarantine is more logical and cost effective for people who is negative and have already had two shots of vaccination.

Dear Government, Request you to please allow Home quarantine for buildings where there is CCTV Camera, Please feel free to seal the house and impose to wear the tracker for 21 days or number of days you intend to quarantine. In this way, By not moving entire buildings to quarantine centre, The Government will space in quarantine centre for those whose buildings dont have cameras, plus the government will save money by not spending on thousands of people for 21 days of quarantine, Lets save the tax payers and Revenue dept's money but quarantine in building and the govt is more than welcome to assign some of their people/supervisors from quarantine centre to stay 24 hours in the control room and building management office to monitor and check entire building's cameras. This is a request to consider the matter in a practical way. Thank you

I agree for those who already vaccinated, they should allow to stay home quarantine.

My entire family and helper are fully vaccinated. You need to start letting fully vaccinated people do a shortened 2 week home quarantine when we returning from emergency travels. This perk will help incentivise others to get vaccinated.
Please change back to home quarantine to 2 weeks as in 2020. Thank you

Dear HK Government. Please take not of the following SCIENTIFIC study from Israel!
Two doses of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine have proved more than 95% effective against infection, hospitalisation and death from Covid-19 in Israel, the country with the highest proportion of its population vaccinated in the world, research has found.
One shot of the vaccine was partially effective, offering 58% protection against infection, 76% against hospitalisation, and 77% against death. The authors of the observational study in the Lancet medical journal say this shows the importance of having the second shot.

The over-reach and lack of science based approach of the (so called) HK Government is concerning. There is no incentive to get vaccinated. The govt should start governing and stop second guessing what They think the PRC wants them to do.
