We, the members of the National Coalition on the HIV/AIDS Bill, wish to bring to your kind attention that the HIV/AIDS Bill is pending with the government since 2006 and is yet to be tabled in the Parliament. We are disheartened by the inaction of the Government and hereby urge for the early tabling of the Bill in a form that respects and promotes the rights of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) as soon as possible.
