Fitness Center Manager as a Civil Servant!

Since Victor's arrival he has brought a renewed interest to the Fitness Center. My health and fitness levels have improved greatly; proving him to be a great asset at NASA. He has added innovative classes, kept the center running smoothly at all open hours and keeps an upbeat mood to what could be the drudgery of working out. The right move for Ames is to hire Victor as a Civil Servant.

Victor is great! I appreciate him very much. He is so helpful and nice to all of us, it'll be too sad to let such a dedicating training director leave Ames!

Because of Victor Ames fitness center is at it's best, I've been at Ames for 21 years and have never met an instructor so dedicated to the folks who use the gym always helpful and changing things for the better. All for the sake to help us get and be healthy. He deserves to become a civil servant, it would be a shame to loose such a caring and dedicated person like Victor.

I am a fitness center user since 1992. I remember the days when we had to wait outside for the door to open. Ever since Victor started here, I did not see a single late day. His morning class are the best. I completely agree Victor changed the fitness center atmosphere. Please do not let him go.

Victor is an outstanding Fitness Manager and individual. Since he has manage the NASA Ames fitness center myself and others have notice a profound change for the better. Victor has demonstrated the knowledge and energy to facilitate a fitness center efficiently and effectively. He is a valuable person in the organization that continues to inspire anyone in his presence.

I strongly support this! Victor was of great help for me and helped me achieve my goals related to physical training.

Don't let him go!!! If anything, you should give him more funds :-) The Fitness Center has greatly improved since he came, and a lot more people are joining it!

Victor has been a positive influence at the Ames Fitness Center and has directly guided me, encouraged and supported me to achieve new levels of fitness. His enthusiasm, positive attitude and customer service mindset are a great asset to our Ames Center.

Victor has completely transformed the fitness center. He has developed new classes which have greatly improved the quality of the fitness center. He spreads enthusiasm and joy for fitness. It would be so sad to see him go.

Victor's enthusiasm and positive attitude has made the fitness center a real plus at Ames. His HIIT class has made a real difference in my life and I'm sure he has made a difference in many other peoples lives at Ames as well. It would be a real loss and a shame to see him go.

Both Victor and Orion have made the fitness center a pleasure to be in. I have been working at Ames for 8 years and only since Victor and Orion came on board, I have truly enjoyed using the fitness center.

Victor's friendly and enthusiastic interactions with patrons of the fitness center have been one of the key highlights for Ames' fitness-minded community in recent years- having a dedicated athletic director like Victor positively changes our culture. His high energy Tabatta/HIIT classes have undoubtedly helped to make me a more competitive recreational athlete.

Victor has done an amazing job running the Fitness Center. It will be a great loss to see him leave.

Victor does a great job of making the gym available to everyone. He comes early to open the gym which is huge benefit to us early people. Always willing to help and a great source of information.
