Our former principal, Mr. Anthony Figueroa, recently left Blue Ridge ISD to become the superintendent of Wolfe City ISD; however, he left too soon. There is now an opening in Blue Ridge ISD for the position of superintendent. We want Mr. Figueroa to return.

I have spent the last few days reaching out to district board members to ask for a formal meeting about bringing Mr. Figueroa home. Your signatures provided the weight I needed to get someone to listen to these concerns. I am truly humbled that so many of you care enough about this change to put your name behind it.

I am truly overwhelmed by the momentum building for Mr. Figueroa to return. This is entirely due to the passion you all have shown for our schools. It is humbling to see how much people care.
