I have been doing high school sports photography for 7 years and have been in the dugout of many coaches and there is not one that could come close to the coaching style of coach Jerry Long. I watched him take a team with 7 wins last season to 21 wins this season and the second round of the playoffs. TCHS needs Jerry Long because not only is he a great coach (which his record shows) but a great mentor to these young athletes !

Jerry Long is by far the best coach I've ever had! He taught me so much, and he obviously is a successful coach! He loves the game more than most and instills that same love for the game into his players. Everyone needs to experience having Jerry Long as a coach, There's none like him!

By far my favorite memories from high school are playing softball for Coach Long....I couldn't imagine my high school experience without his guidance and support. He is by far the best coach I have ever played for.

Coach Long has taught many life lessons on the Lady Braves field. He is a fair and honest coach who should be able to coach Fastpitch softball where he teaches and coaches slowpitch. He has an excellent record in coaching. I'm thankful my child has been blessed by his coaching abilities and life lessons. I am honored to have known him

Coach Long had taught me so much in the last four years that I have gotten to play for him. He is so much more than a coach. He teaches more than fundamentals. He has instilled many life lessons that I will carry with me forever.
