I played for coach Long, he is a great coach! He taught me so much and made me love softball even more!! There are So many wonderful things that I could say about coach Long but I just want everyone to know that I highly recommend him for fast pitch coach!!!

I was under Coach Long for the first 3 years he coached softball. He is TOUGH. He's mean, even--ha!!! But he's smart. He knows the game. He can train up even those most lacking in talent, IF they are willing to work relentlessly for it. He's one of the best coaches ANYWHERE...EVER.

I never had him as a coach but loved having Coach Long as a teacher. I'm sure he would do great.

I see no better person for the job!!! He's beyond qualified for the coaching job. TC would be crazy not to hire coach Long!!!

Why would a school district want to hire outside the district when you have the winningest coach in TC history willing to coach. The girls love him and respect him. I just pray that the committee that votes for the position will think about it long and hard. We have a great and talented group of young ladies. They deserve the best and in my opinion Coach Long is the right man for the job.

I do believe Coach Jerry Long should get the coaching job for TC , he has been coaching for years and is from our County so why not pick a Man that we all know
