I fail to understand how do stats get so easily ignored by Australian Government over and over again. With Mr. Modi's present government, there is a clear focus on Hindi in India and Australia must recognise that for bilateral relationships to grow leaps and bounds. Jai Hind, Jai Hindi

Indian economy is growing. A large number of multinational companies have their offices in India. Hindi is going to be a big advantage in developing business relations with India. It must be included as a part of this initiative.

Let's get, what we deserve, being such a contributing community to Australia. There is no reason, why Hindi should be ignored in the Pilot program to deliver foreign language “apps” into 40 preschools next year.

2nd highest population in the world, one of the oldest and distinct language...and only reason why it's excluded unlike other languages is because Indians, Fijians, Australians, etc who use the language don't raise their voice....I support the call for Hindi to be included in the program
