I as a resident of the Hills of Hays would like for the City of San Marcos to issue a three year variance to delay the tearing down of the fence that runs along Staples Hwy. The residents of Hills of Hays would like the opportunity to start a homeowners association in order to raise money to rebuild the fence to make it look uniform in order to keep our home value from going down.
