Over many years, drivers of motor vehicles of all kinds have grumbled slightly at the ever increasing cost in all aspects of motoring, topped by the Road Fund Licence, feeling increasingly categorised as a lucrative `Cash Cow', by successive Governments, who have regularly hived off huge amounts of the fees paid for other purposes. Now we have an opportunity to speak with ONE VOICE in objection to this and demand decent road surfaces on which to drive safely.
