The Highway City community of Fresno California is asking the city of Fresno to create sidewalks for us tax paying citizens, and our children, to commute to and from local businesses, schools, and public transportation. This are of Polk and Shaw is a high traffic area, which can be very dangerous for both pedestrians and drivers alike.
