Im for this petition as have had experience on these roads and believe something more should be done!

I live in the Abbey and have great difficulty getting out off here when it's cold as have to leave for work at 5 am and the upshire road is a death trap with ice as all the water from the fields lead to the road

Paying more council tax each year yet roads are less safe especially in Winter .

Woodgrain road is so iced up this time of year due to the water draining off the verge. It really needs to be gritted before someone is killed.

My mum lives on the woodbine mobile home park. Absolute nightmare every time I visit!!!! Gritting is an absolute must !!

Woodgreen Road needs gritting, I'm a cab driver in the area and all my colleagues know how dangerous this road is in icey conditions, I've lived here 18 years and use this road everyday, I've seen 100s of cars involved in accidents, council should listen to its residents ! I bet the council tax will go up again this year !
