I'm a student at Hightower high school and I've can you from other schools that have regular schedule. Hightower allows me to get all my work done and being a part of the Academy's helps me make sure everything is done orderly and efficiently.

I think we should keep block schedule because it makes it way easier for people to study for test and quizzes. I believe if they take away block schedule more pre-ap students would have a lot of stress and fail more because they wouldn't have enough time to study.

Block schedule is what the students & teachers have gotten used to . Hightower prides itself on being the best , right ? To be the best means to be set apart from others and to stand out . How can we even claim the title of the best if we do regular schedule like every other FBISD school ? Hightower is setting the bar by maintaining a exceptional graduation rate while being under block schedule . Block Schedule is what sets us apart . Don't change it , keep it ! Block schedule and Hightower have been together since the founding of the school . Why change a good thing ?

There needs to be a dialogue between the FBiSD administration and the Hightower students & parents before such a drastic change is made which will affect the a student body. Thank you..
