Why should we not have a block schedule? Giving us a block schedule gives us more time to complete our work because we have an extra day. At least let Class of 2016 graduate first,then who cares what the schedule is...it's completely irrelevant to not give us a block schedule because many athlete organizations don't have time to practice during the class period,and that gives nobody any time to learn anything in class for only 45 minutes. You would be crazy to do something like this!!!!!

Block schedule is so benefitial to our student body.It allows for students to balance their school work on the block schedule basis.We are allowed to recieve 90 minutes of instruction time every other day, and then we are able to fo things like Health Practicim, Media Internship, and Bio labs. Being a school with double academies, we are greatly impacted with our benefitial schedule. Students are adapted to the schedule,and a change would be hard. We are able to divulge in our classes due to our unique block days. It also allows us to pick up an extra class, which benefits us for college and to help keep our grades up.

We should keep the block schedule because it helps the students academically buy having a hour and thirty minuets to learn and a more time for us to do homework and if we don't understand We have two days to get help

The block is very useful and helpful here at HHS, with only 7 periods every day one, we lose a class which is probably an elective which isn't fair. Two with all the homework I'm assigned I won't have two days to do it anymore. We need to stick to the block schedule. Something we have all adapted to. Students and teachers love the schedule, why take it away?

Academy student come from different districts and yet the students that are actually zoned to Hightower have to go through this change for them. How come they can't be in the academies at the schools they are zoned to?
