I opened the computer in the morning and I was shocked to see that I am not able to access my account . When I failed to login after several attempts , I was Informed that my access is denied . I was in the middle of work and I needed some information which I researched over a week or so . When I called I was informed that I have to pay ten times more than I was paying !!! I could not believe . I use the site only few months a year as I Trevel . The business volume does not justify even one fourth of what they want . It is crazy . I am do mad !
