We the community association owners and members request that an internal independent audit of the current management company, TMMC, be conducted for the Highline Meadows community since the last special assessment. We the community of Highline Meadows request the audit be paid for by the association dues and be performed prior to a new special assessment or Declaration changes are proposed or voted on. We would like the results of the audit to be disclosed to the community by a special meeting and sent to all 298 owners for review. Each owner will then have the opportunity to vote to keep TMMC as the current management company or Relive them of their current responsibilities. As part of this community petition, we request that an official Board of Directors election be held to replace those in office which have exceeded their current term limits.
