She's employed by Government and not SDCs or SDAs. She doesn't choose a school to head but is deployed from recommendations made at her ministry. She was not rejected at any school.

This petition to have the head removed will not matter. Her employer is the ministry and not us parents. This platform should instead be used to review the fees. How do can a school be run on levies and fees in the amount of RTGS210 and total boarding fees of RTGS2100. A figure that is sensible has to be agree on. Was the situation as it is now the same when the $210 was in US dollars? There's more to this apparently than meets the eye.

One has to understand the dynamics of Zimbabwe's economy. Highlands Junior School is not a private school where the fees are astronomical. In recent years, Zimbabweans have witnessed increased participation of parents and guardians through School Development Associations (SDAs) in the management of school developmentaffairs. Several SDAs have constructed classrooms, computer laboratories andbought schools computers, school cars and buses. In almost all the public schools, SDAs are responsible for paying incentives –an allowance paid to teachers over and above their monthly salaries to cushion them from a depressed economy. However, SDAs activities have not always been smooth sailing.
