I oppose approving the rezoning application that Mr. Hassenflu presented. Highland park has enough low income residences in the surrounding area that a new one is not needed. What is needed are more single family dwelings to keep property values up.

I oppose rezoning the property in highland park. Our area has enough multifamily lowincome complexes surrounding it. This threatens the cleanliness and crime rate of the area each time a new one is built. We need homeowners that are invested in the neighborhood to keep it strong.

As a property owner at 3220 South Braden in Highland Park, I am opposed to the rezoning of a property in the Highland park addition under Z-7323.

I'm opposed to this rezoning. We are a small neighborhood surrounded by high traffic apartments and businesses. I have lived in this neighborhood since 1979 and would like to keep our neighborhood livable.

I oppose the rezoning. It will create a dangerous amount of increased traffic in this area. It will also bring more renters that are less invested in the safety and cleanliness of our neighborhood.

Nov 14, 2015 I personally oppose this rezoning. It will bring a dangerous amount of increased traffic to the area. It will also bring more renters who are less invested in the safety and cleanliness of our neighborhood.
