The ski slope opened in 1994 and was situated in Abbey Barn Lane, just south of High Wycombe. The main slope was one of England's longest dry ski slopes, at 300m long.

The ski slope is now deserted and is a wasting away... this place was supposed to be taken over by SnowDome, and were going to created an artificial snow environment, but the company pulled out and now the site is up for sale.

I am unsure on how to approach a governing body to here our voice and make an effort into re-opening the centre.. but if there are any like minded people out sign up and get in touch.

Artificial slopes aren't old fashioned, they are challenging and create a solid learning base preparing people for the real snow... its has been said if you can use a dry slope, you will find the real slope a lot easier.

Let see if this petition can spark some ideas on getting the slope back to it's former glory.
