We are in dire need for reliable internet service in our area. Windstream is really low speed in our rural areas and not very reliable.

Even though I pay for faster service rarely does my test agree with what I’m paying for. We need better, faster and more reliable service.

My service was out again yesterday. It fades in and out. But my bill went up again last month. When my internet acts up my phone drops calls. I feel sorry for the techs. They work so hard to fix the issue. I quit calling about it.

I have little to no connection to internet most of the time. Even though I pay for service, most days I can’t get a good enough connection to watch any of my streaming apps.

Ian flooded our home, we had to move to rebuild and we both work online and went from 1200 to 3 mbps. This is below DSL levels from windows 95 era and is unacceptable in 2022.

We need this so desperately. I am not really able to work. Can't do online jobs because of non dependable internet service. Thankful there is light at the end of the tunnel.
