I was living in new Barnet up until May 2016 and was getting BT's super fast infinity service. Since then I have moved to High Barnet (a three minute drive away) and was told BT infinity is not provided in this area. My mobile phone's 4G is faster than the broadband I am getting from BT at the moment.

The broadband used to be fine but now it is so downgraded that I am often unable to work from home or watch TV using it in the evenings. I live in West End Lane.

It is disgraceful that we have been lied to about the "fibre" rollout. Excuses come in megabytes! My neighbours have fast internet connected to a cabinet further away from the exchange than ours. Is Wood Street "rural". Why cannot an extra cabinet be placed beside the Bells Hill one?

My isp blames BT, and BT blame my iso. I never get better than 2.9mb and cannot use Skype because of the poor signal.
