A fan-made trailer went viral recently, made from cuts and snippets of all the original cast's more recent movies. Despite that fact that it wasn't real, the story is perfect. It's raw, like real life where the guy doesn't get the girl, he wonders how she's doing, they reunite and they realize they need each other. How perfect would it be. This new high school musical planned for release is a brand new story, a brand new cast, a brand new fan base. The old movies have already built a devoted fan base. Many of whom have grown up and lived thinking the movies were done. How perfect would it be to get everyone back together for one last hurrah, drawing together that old fan base?? Pretty perfect.
