Petition

To the Newfoundland and Labrador English School district to change proposed bus routes so that high school students start earliest in CBS and Bay Roberts.

• Extracurricular activities run by high school students would not be able to continue at lower level schools.
• Parents who need high school babysitters for younger children will have to find different child care options.
• The school board can continue to save money through new bus routes by having high schools start first.
• High school students will stay up later once able to sleep in, leading to no extra sleep, as well there will be an increase in late and absent students.

For these reasons we petition the Newfoundland and Labrador English School district to change proposed bus routes so that high school students start earliest in CBS and Bay Roberts.
