I ask that the Council reject this developer's request to rezone the property from medium to high density status. In fact, to over 300 percent higher than its current medium-density state - which is an unprecedented demand for this area, quite unsuitable from a resident standpoint, and threatening to a neighbouring Wetlands area.

I am against this condominium request. It is adjacent to a precious wetland area and is much too dense for the suggested location.

The Glow development is taking up a wetland area that feeds into the bay and provides the last bit of forest along highway 26. Strongly oppose this development

Underlying infrastructure cannot support high density housing within the area. Developer needs to commit and incorporate into their plans the costs to upgrade and improve City infrastructure and ensure we protect the environment.

Enough is enough in this area. We have a dangerous situation already, trying to make a left turn out of Rupert’s Landing and Gun club Road. With the huge increase in traffic through recent development, it seems that Council will wait for a tragic accident before something is done.
