Been watching this happen for years. Needs to stay closed unless it hits the legal level. Simple as that.
The levels have been way off lately. My dock is basically sitting on dry land half the time. Fix the dam so we can actually use the water.

PLEASE put the rocks back. it makes such a huge difference for the shoreline and keeping everything consistent for everyone living here.
