I have approximately $90,000 invested into vacant Lots in Hidden Valley Lake that are virtually worthless under the present water moratorium restrictions. And I am paying $302 per month homeowners association dues on my two properties. 16449 Eagle Rock Road and 15702 Eagle Rock Road in Hidden Valley Lake. Thank you in advance for lifting this unfair water moratorium.

Having to pay taxes and HOA fees of this property for years and not be able to sell it has been a significant hardship. Please look at the facts as they pertain to HVL, not county-wide.

Hidden Valley Lake should never have been included in the moratorium in the first place; please lift it now!

4+ years of this moratorium is completely unacceptable, particularly in view of the Governor's declaration that the drought is over.

Please remove this moratorium. We are paying dues on lots that we cannot build on. As an owner/builder, this is affecting my financial future.

How is there a moratorium when the California Water Resources Board recently declared the drought over?
