Agree on most conditions they dont want to make it easy for the active takers to fulfill the task of putting new animals into the hobby , seems more thought is needed imo

100% agreed. In particular with item 1, which I believe is an utterly discriminatory, poorly thought-out and authorising parties must have been ill-advised, or given it little attention.
