Its not always about the exercise. The Spa area is super important to unwind and to remove it completely is a disgrace. I joined to use it !

Wanted to use the squash courts but would love to have a sauna after. So I go to cranleigh instead which is a bit of a hassle as I live behind the herons.

my main focus was the communal health suite in the Herons as i dont have it in the work place gym. i believe if we dont have a health suite then obviously no point for a membership in Herons

Why is the health suite downgraded? Who authorised this? Is the construction work going to public tender? I was a member and cancelled due to the lack of the health suite facilities.

Signed up this month and was informed by staff about the haziness of the redevelopment. Seems that £2.8 million will be spent on expanding the members' changing rooms and installing a dance studio, which is an empty room. Not exactly bang for your buck. Whole redevelopment has seemed a bit underhand.
