Who in their right mind stops something from being fixed....after years of searching for the right person to handle the job ! Chief Cafarelli is apparently the only qualified person to clean this City up....Stop the political games and get serious about who you want protecting you!

Chief Cafarelli has earned the privledge to continue to represent citizens of Revere. He is a hands on Chief, he speaks to you personally, he has neighborhood meetings, and he finds solutions for any issue Revere residents have! Chief Caf id respected. This afministration needs to listen to the people of the city he represents! The current Mayor has not responded to my concerns, whereas, Chief Cafarelli, had a neighborhood meeting, reassuring, we will be safe. I have had a meeting with the current Mayor about my property, trafgic, parking, police representation, filthy neighbor and other isdues. Keep this Chief, the people speak!!

Chief Cafarelli is a step above the rest. His resume speaks for itself. It is a mistake to try to improve something that works just for the sake of change. Like the old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

We need someone in the position of Police Chief who has a wide range of experience to be able to handle the job with this crazy world we live in without fear. Someone who has the City in their best interest to ensure they deter crime. Look what happened at the Showcase Cinema during Easter. No time to play games in this world. This is a position that requires someone who is serious in this business. It should not be just a political popularity contest appointee.

To go looking outside of this community, wasting time and funds, when we have a certified, proven officer, who has proven himself to be everything we need our Chief of Police to be. Why is it the voices of the people who live here and believe in in him carry no sway in the end result!

Please reconsider your plan to remove this Chief. He is hands down the best we have ever had.

When the mayor opts to uproot and change a great Chief of Police, just because Mayor's like to choose their own "chief" they are exercising a personal choice NOT what's in the best interest of the community! #KEEPCaptJoeCafarelliREVERE

Stop the politics. The city need a man like Joe, who stood up and took charge. Sad day for Revere when he leaves.

I didn't know Joe until he became Police Chief of Revere and since then I have been an ardent supporter of his for the past 5 years because of all of his accomplishments in this City. Joe fought hard for our Country in the Military and continues to fight hard for the City of Revere.
