Hermes give the worst service and have some of the worst drivers out there. In sayin that I've been lucky enough to have Sammy as a courier and must say he's been amazing. Always goes above and beyond for his customers and gives them a great service from a company that's a shambles. This guy needs his job back ASAP!

These big companies need to stick by the rules and continue their duty of care within the guidelines accepted by both employer & employee. Disgraceful way to treat the employee and they need to be responsible and held to their agreement it works both ways. Justice for the employee.

I know a lawyer can be expensive but your dad ma qualify for legal aid. Also an advocacy worker coukd maybe assist. Can't let them away with this shocking discrimination against your dad! Sending love and hope and hugs x

Sammy has been our regular courier for many years hes trustworthy and very reliable . Since his dismisal mynparcels have been del8verd by difrent couriers some not on timr and allso parcels have gone missing plz bring back.our tegular courier sammy
