This situation is ridiculous and shows MyHermes at their worst. As a courier Sammy cannot be beaten - fabulous customer service and always reliable. He always had time for a quick chat,a lovely man. I know from the internet that MyHermes does not have the best reputation but Sammy Hayes showed MyHermes in a good light. Give this man his job back or compensate him for wrongful dismissal.

Love sammy never fails to be on time and always a bit of banter at the door could really depend on him and not worry about things not turning up even when I had an issue with a parcel he sorted it out for me when it wasn’t his responsibility
