Please leave the preservation of this sacred place of worship in the hands of the church and the faithful. The proposed heritage listing will unnecessarily restrict future efforts of the faithful who treat the building with great reverence and only seek to continue in the tradition of generations past. Please speak to the priest and community more before pushing ahead with such plans.

This is not a heritage building barely 60yrs old and no real distinguishing parts that remain from that era

A heritage listing would be of no benefit to the church itself, nor it’s parishioners.

Against heritage listing anything, our church of St Therapon is going through this battle, our hall is about to fall apart and it is heritage listed, we have mentally, emotionally and physically all suffered because of dealing with government bodies. Don't let this happen to your beautiful church St George; and please pray for our church - St Therapon Thornleigh.

The criteria for Heritage listing is questionable when one has an in-depth view and knowledge of the church building.

The church should be allowed to make modifications if (or when) the need arises without having to go through an extra set of hurdles.

I would like Saint George Greek Orthodox Church in Rose Bay to stay the way it is now because it's an amazing Church and our heritage is from 2000 years and more, but not from now

A heritage listing for our church is inappropriate and unnecessary. Our church needs constant upkeep which the community will ultimate help with. It will put a burden on tax and rates payers. Please reconsider this intention.

I do not support the heritage listing of the Church, it’s not a period style building.
