This petition is in regards to the traffic and parking caused by Heritage Elementary School, located at 373 S 150 W Ogden, UT 84404. We are requesting another inlet & outlet be built on the east side of the parking lot to access Wall Avenue. Parents picking up their children are parking in front of homeowners driveways, preventing them to get into or out of their own homes. They are also parking in the homeowners driveways. The homeowners that live in the neighborhood cannot get into or out of their driveways during pick up time (2:30pm) without waiting for 10-15 minutes for the traffic to clear.
