I've been saying this for years.I can hike into remote areas away from significant hunting pressure and see Little to no game.
definitely would be interesting to see the results!

We see this first hand, is done so much damage to the animals in Washington now they are doing this in Oregon

i have lived in the same location for 42 years and within a very short time the elk have almost completely vanished. Ruffed grouse have diminished to next to none and were plentiful.

I am interested in knowing whether or not widespread herbicide use for forestry has negative effects on fish and wildlife, and their habitats

Yes I agree with this 100% not only herbicides, also what are they spraying on the sides of the logging roads that kills all vegetation 10-15 feet up??

Make timber company's stop spraying for 5 to 10 years and see what happens.

Living in the Columbia heights area of Longview, I have a herd that travels through my back yard at times. Watching some of the elk that can barely move and have almost a nub that they are walking on, is very heart breaking. They shouldn't have to suffer like that.

We need to know. Its bs that we spend so much money on pass to hunt and are license fee and you guys cant even tell us about whats going on, only say dont eat that leg.

I think I would be awesome if the WDFW had a third party do this study so we all can finically have scientific facts of what is causing hoof rot.

I do not hunt wild game, but am signing out of concern for the wildlife I find such joy in observing within WA. As with eagles and DDT, or with India's vultures and diclofenac, it is important that threats to ecosystems are quickly identified and mitigated when and if they are occurring. The response to the concerns of citizens has been insufficient thus far.
