Herbal incense is apparently the new legal "pot" or "weed" that people are smoking to get high. This is sold as incense, but people have learned that when it is inhaled, it inebriates the person. The fact that this dangerous and horrible substance can be sold in any head shop across the US is downright scary and should be outlawed. There are documented cases of these substances causing extreme paranoia, out-of-body experiences, hallucinations, and in some cases death. Please help me in signing this petition to make this dangerous substance illegal.
