Funds are there, please use it to help us with our roads. Divert any road expansion until this is taken care of.

How can a "walking path" be more important then a highway? These roads make way more of an impact on our lives than a walking path and I think it is sad that the people able to make a difference aren't taking this seriuos.

This poor town suffers from road closures due to flooding every years. Hwy 93 closed 5 times last year. Something needs to be done because it is really impacting people, businesses and schools.

My son attends MNCS in Henderson, an unique charter school that meets his special educational needs. The extra transit time in the spring and fall due to flooding negatively impacts his education.

How about taking the 23 million Bloomington is spending on building a paved trail that will flood every year and spend it on actual people who need the help and not on a frivolous trail!!!

Henderson is a thriving community until the roads close. The economic slam experienced during flood season could be mitigated by raising 93 above flood stage. It’s a good investment for tax dollars

This is a real no brainier, how long does this have to continue before they open their eyes and realize this is a problem. Instead of continuing to build new bridges, why not fix a problem that shuts down a town completely.

I moved to Henderson in 2006 and love the small town community. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Our community is strong and resilient but the flooding takes a toll on our business owners and schools suffer with every road closure. Help us get a road raised to ensure a way in and out of town without adding additional time and delays.

Henderson is a beautiful, quaint and vibrant small town. It is a tight-knit community, but it's also supported by many of the surrounding communities. As someone who works in Henderson, but lives in the next town over, I see the impact that flooding has on the economy and livelihood of the residents and those that live, work, and go to school in Henderson.

As the parent of Minnesota New Country School students, our family is greatly affected every time roads are closed due to flooding in Henderson. Our quality of life is impacted. The quality of life for the entire area is reduced due to very restricted travel. Raising a road would be a very simple way to improve the quality of life for many people!

Henderson is a jewel of a MN community, and supports an incredible charter school. It, and its residents deserve better.
