This petition authorizes the Hemingway Advisory Board (a volunteer voted in committee with a one year term) to be given the authority to levy fines against pet owners non compliant with the leash law, out of control on a leash, and not cleaning up after their pet.  The fines will be turned over to CRCA and will be collected by CRCA.
The first notice will be a $10.00 fine, the second will be a $25.00 fine and the third will be a added monthly fee of $25.00 to the HOA dues.
