This petition is created to get assistance with child care for working parents. The cost of Day-Care is steadily on the rise; and there isn't enough support for parents that are working and or going to school. The current child-care assistance program bases eligibility on the gross income of parents instead of the take home pay. The program should be re-designed to base eligibility on the take home pay instead of the gross income. Please help get the program modified with signatures from working parents and day care families.
