I realize that there are many organizations in Canada that are collecting money to avoid child poverty, as well as foster children, we are even aware that our world is becoming over populated, but we can do more! I have a very logical idea that could most definitely help all these situations that we are struggling with. In light of our child services being overloaded and staff reductions in short of financing, I would like to recommend a new law as follows: parents who have had there child taken away more than twice and have attended five years of therapy with no progress should get secured, so they are not able to produce anymore children.
This law will help sustain our population, lighten up loads financially on our government for supporting these children who are in care of child services. Even more importantly this law will prevent more children from living in poverty or withought a loving and caring family.
Bout time someone said it. My taxes are going to pay for this mess and nobody seems to care about the kids who keep getting stuck in the middle. Put a stop to it already.

The cycle has to end somewhere. Too many kids are growing up in the system and it is heartbreaking to see. Something drastic needs to happen because the current way is just failing everyone involved.
