Recently our 'Prince of Pot' has chosen to enter a guilty plea to one charge of drug distribution stemming from a 2005 Federal raid. Federal agents targeted Marc for his activism and his distribution of marijuana seeds via US mail. Marc will come back to a Seattle courtroom sometime next month to face sentencing.
After the guilty plea, Marc expects he will be sentenced in August or September and is hoping he will eventually be transferred to a Canadian jail.
WeedNationSoldiers.com thinks this is a travesty of justice and a significant waste of our US tax dollars. While saddened that Marc's case has taken this turn, we at WeedNationSoldiers.com fully support Marc and his wife, Jodie's decision.
We at WeedNationSoldiers.com want to help convince the US Courts to let Marc Emery serve his sentence in a Canadian jail. We all know that Cannabis charged crimes are victimless offenses. We believe Federal prisons should be reserved for those who commit severe and dreadful crimes. In this case the sentencing to a Federal institution is not only a waste of our tax dollars but serves no public or social relevance. It would only provide as a pedestal for others self serving political agenda.
Become a Weed Nation Soldier and help us help Marc get back to Canada as he wishes. By sharing our voice we can show our will is strong, our culture is vast and our stance is determined. Let's follow Marc's example and convince the US Courts to show compassion.
Do not let them try to silence you like they are trying to silence Marc and Jodie.
"We cannot seek achievement for ourselves and forget about progress and prosperity for our community... Our ambitions must be broad enough to include the aspirations and needs of others, for their sakes and for our own."

This is ridiculous. He was selling seeds not hard drugs. Let the man go home to his family.
