Chad is a African country affected but neighboring countries war. They have the main water source in Lake Chad that has been dried up. They are in drought and famine. They neighbor Sudan which is a war-torn country. They have a lot of their refugees coming to Chad which is already overpopulated. Their economy has crashed and everyone is in poverty. I want to start a petition called " One penny, One Life" This idea is to have people donate penny's though the post office, shooing center, restaurants, and etc. If everyone in America donated one penny that would be millions or billions or dollars that could help Chad's economy get back up on it's feet and then we could help them create jobs.
