In Surat, Gujarat, India, there are very few organizations which are working for the welfare of innocent animals. Thosuands of dogs, cats, birds, cow, etc. are harmed by people for their own personal benefits. If you cannot start an organization, you can help animals on street by feeding them or by providing foster home. It is 100% legal as helping animals is not a crime, but killing them is a crime. You can also carry a First Aid Kit (click it) and help injured animal on the road.
