Have you ever seen an animal living in such unfortunate standards ? Have you seen them out for a walk when it is over 90 degrees? Animal's feet are just as sensitive as ours, they can feel the temperature of the cement , why have them out for a walk? You are risking bloody paws, we have to take into consideration of our actions towards these animals. A living things should be treated with kindness and respect just as a human should be treated,we are both living. We have to put an end to animal cruelty. Of course we can not just end it in a split second, it takes baby steps to achieve this goal. By signing this petition, you must recognize and take into consideration the aspect of animal cruelty and how to prevent such abuse.

You must recognize

- the animals environment *do they have water, food, a stable living environment, cleanliness?

-do you know of someone who is animal hoarding? do you think they are treating their animals fairly ?

-is the owner a responsible person, are they kind to their animals?

-what if you witness animal cruelty ? stop being a bystander and own up to the person, have them recognize what they are doing is wrong, explain to them such inhumane actions they are committing towards their animal is unfair.

-report any witnessed animal cruelty to authority, whether it is over the phone by a 911 call, or paying a visit to your near police department.
