Final supporters
We need our entire Whitepoint Family (and extended family) to stand with us as we prepare for an upcoming town meeting at the College Point Field on Monday, September 12th at 6pm (26th Avenue & Ulmer Stree). A big announcement was made on August 25, 2016 by Council Member Paul Vallone, as they have raised the necessary funds to complete the project of the College Point Sports Complex, where Whitepoint currently uses the soccer field on Tuesday and Thursday nights. The original plans were for a Turf Football Field and a Track, but there is no guarantees of this and we need to make our voices heard!! The College Point Community Board, Parks Department, Council Members and possibly even the mayor will be there.
The creation of this field would give us a full football field with stands to use during tackle and flag season, and will be a positive step for Whitepoint Youth Football and Cheer.

Youth Sports in our area needs a place to play football. No designated football only field for youth organizations. Only way to play in some cases is to pay private fields which is expensive. Give kids the field
White point football league has been around for a long time and it is a family with out a home. It is about time this family and kids have a freild they can call home.
Having children that have played on the uneven park fields of northeast queens in the past (and seen some nasty twisted ankles because of all the divers in the ground), it would be great if kids finally had an actual football field to practice and play on.
The kids deserve a permanent place to play. There are NO football fields at all in this neighborhood . Not one and many soccer fields. 400 families in the program.
Having tried my son in different sports when he was younger he never displayed the interest that he has in football. I would like to see him enhance his skills in preparation for highschool. Our area is in great need of a regulation football field for the children who don't want to play soccer or baseball!!!
Go teams!!!!
These kids deserve a field to play on. This organization has helped so many kids learn the game of football for so many years. And has great leadership that truly cares for the kids. And at the end of the day that is all is about.

Many families want their children to play football. Lugging equipment to and from many fields is cumbersome. Please give these children the field that they deserve.
