Homeless/Poor veterans are being discharged from VA hospitals after undergoing hip and knee replacement surgery to outpatient physical therapy. They have no transportation or funds to get to the therapy, and therefor will have to undergo future surgeries, due to their poor followup. In addition to this being inhumane, it is a waste of taxpayers dollars. Please put a stop to this, and sign my petition.
