We are respectfully petitioning to keep the status of SS. Cyril & Methodius Seminary as open.
We do understand that operations at SS. Cyril & Methodius Seminary may need to be
suspended, but we strongly advocate for an open status of SS. Cyril & Methodius Seminary
without liquidating this unique national institution – the only Polish Seminary in the United
States of America, which has served as an important historical and holy site for Polish-American
Catholics for over 137 years.
Fr. Joseph Dabrowski founded the seminary understanding the needs of the Polish immigrants
who arrived in America. For decades, Polish-Americans have been one of the strongest pillars of
the Catholic faith in the United States. The seminary is a beautiful institution to deliver priests
to the Polish community. As long as the seminary is open and we have your blessing and vote,
our community can still believe that our ancestors’ effort is in good hands and continue
formation of priests for years to come.
Thank you in advance for your support of SS. Cyril and Methodius Seminary and saving Polish-
American heritage for future generations. There are almost 1 million Catholics of Polish descent
in Michigan, and they will always remember your kindness.

You will find no stronger support from Poles and no stronger sense of faith and community. Please recognize this and keep the seminary open.
We need to rescue the Seminary for future generations of our children and grandchildren.
I'm Mather of 3 children. In this crazy world we need power of God ,we need new priests, we need plase like this ! We went there few times with family and this place is special! Pray every day for safe! This is our heart, our culture, little " God's polish place in USA "
Please keep our seminarium open. I think if more places like this is open than the church is stronger and people are more united. Especially now when a lot of people mostly young are turning away from church.
We need more good and holy priests now more than ever in our very secular world. Please Archbishop, do not close our precious Seminary

I am related to Henryk Sienkiewicz and Adam Mickiewicz. I live in Michigan. I would like to see the seminary saved. It's a beautiful place.
