Help us stop the over-reach on high density say NO to Z-12

We do not want this high density housing. The traffic here is already a problem and you are really negatively impacting the entire community.

I vote NO on high density building construction along Terrell Mill and Powers Ferry Road.

I would not like to see ANY of the proposed variances approved.

I have to units in Salem Ridge and this is not acceptable. Too much traffic in the area for kids and the landscaping between the two site is inadequate. How would you like to sit on your balcony and look at a storage facility?

Very concerning. Blocking out the sun with a wall of cramped condos at the expense of a host of carefully thought out zoning stipulations might line a few pockets, but it does nothing to increase the quality of life for Cobb County residents.

In 30067 we have just been through the Cobb water project and lived with the inconvenience because we were told the water mains were 100 years old and needed replacing. We were not aware of the Braves Stadium project until it was a "done deal." Property taxes have gone up precipitously in the past two years. We object to being forcibly taxed out of our homes. This project will not be free for current residents and will increase the need to widen Power's Ferry and make it an alternative access path to 75 South. I strongly object to Cobb County elected officials enriching their friends at the expense of the people they are supposed to serve! This project is the 2nd I know of that falls into that category. And I object strongly to the attempt to destroy our neighborhood atmosphere and way of life in Marietta!!!

I am very opposed to this development and the negative impact it will have on the present neighborhood .

I am highly opposed to this development, which will severely harm property values of the existing residential neighborhood.

I am opposed to the density and intensity and Z-12 zoning

Salem Ridge Community

The intensity and density of the development is one of the biggest over reaches of zoning I have seen. The mere fact that the developer needs 17 variances should get a staff recommendation to deny yet they ignore the 63 units per acre when only 12 are allowed which interestingly was not a variance request.
