Despicable!! Particularly @ 1490, the most beautiful property I have ever seen, with the most fertile soil, does not deserve to be paved over. Esp considering the landowner is heartbroken at the theft of her home. 1490 is a haven to many wildlife- including deer.

Zoning is too dense We don’t need rental apts in this area

We don’t need any more apartment complexes in the area. Traffic during rush hour has gotten exponentially worse in the 7 years we’ve lived here. I support re-development but there are already too many apartment complexes in the area!!

Too much construction for such a little space. They don't care because they don't have to live here. We also need to stop the commercial airlines from coming to Dobbins.

Powers Ferry Rd. Project Study started in 2009 clearly expressed the negative of ratio of rental to owner occupied that was too high

Re- development good. THIS development is BAD. Too much density. Consider the community needs too.

We do not need any additional apartments in the area. Restaurants, green space, new Kroger yes... apartments NO.

Absolutely not.... I came to this area because of the landscapes. We do not have room for this. Lets purchase older complexes and redesigned them to make our area nicer. Not over crowed.

This is definitely not with in reason. Area getting too congested. We don't need New York parking styles in Suburban Georgia... NO.

This will increase traffic which increases insurance. Besides there are many violations within Cobb County.

This is too close for residential living.

I do not want this high density development with rental units. Traffic and rentals are big concern
