We, the peoples and tribes of the Sool and Sinnag regions, appointed to the international community interested in Somali, to the United Nations, to the African Union, to the League of Arab States, to the Organization of East African States, finding that we are against the Djibouti negotiations agreement that was underway between the federal government of Mogadishu and the territorial system of the so-called Somaliland. On the regions of northwestern Somalia, whose capital is Hargeisa, and we affirm and stress that we are not part of this bloody tribal and racist regime led by the war criminal Musa Bihi Abdi and we are also not a party to these negotiations.
We hope that the international community will listen, understand, consider and view the crimes and accidents, violence, killing and terror that daily killer Musa Bihe Abdi’s regime is doing on the people and residents of these areas who refuse to secede from the Greater Somalia. Thank you.

Mana soo dhawaynayo meel gorgortan lagu galinayo midnimada soomaaliyeed.
This so called talks between SNM people in Northern Somalia and Somali government is not inclusive. This talk should be between SNM tribe and Somali government or Somalis in the North and Somali government. There is no grey area.
